Costarellos' 'Sirra' mini dress is intricately detailed with flower appliques that shimmer beautifully as they catch the light, thanks to the bead and sequin embellishments. Made from tulle, it has a strapless neckline that's supported with internal boning and is structured through the hips. Wear yours with sandal heels.
