• The product is certified organic by a body licensed to apply the EU COSMOS standard or equivalentÂ
• The product is certified natural by a body licensed to apply the EU COSMOS standard or equivalentÂ
• The product is certified by the International Demeter Biodynamic Standard
• The product is certified natural or organic by NATRUE
• > 50 per cent of this product is made with certified organic ingredients listed on product
• The brand is Leaping Bunny certifiedÂ
• The brand is Certified Vegan or publicly self-declared 100 per cent vegan
• 100 per cent of the palm oil ingredients and derivatives in this product are RSPO certifiedÂ
• 100 per cent of the soy ingredients and derivatives in this product are RTRS certifiedÂ
Responsible Craftsmanship
FASHION, BEAUTY + LIFESTYLE
The product is responsibly crafted according to one of the following criteria
• This product is made by artisans using traditional skills that preserve heritage and the brand adheres to fair trade principles in the supply chainÂ
• A percentage of the product’s revenue goes towards creating infrastructure, skills and training within a community
• The product is made by a Fairtrade certified international supplier
• At least 50 per cent of the product is made using Fairtrade certified materials or ingredients
• At least 50 per cent of the product is made using Fairmined certified materials
• The product is made in collaboration with an established NGO programme
• The product carries the Nest Seal of Ethical HandicraftÂ
• Over 75 per cent of the brand’s products are produced locally (or in house) and the brand invests in fair wages, training, and development
• The product is made through a 100 per cent traced and localised supply chain (within the same country or 300-mile radius) from raw material to finished product

The product promotes longevity, reuse or end-of-life solutions according to one of the following criteria
• The product is upcycled from obsolete products or materials that would otherwise be disposed of

• The product has a lifetime or long-term (five-plus years) warranty, which is communicated to customersÂ
• The product is care or repair productÂ
• The product is designed for easy disassembly for recycling or remanufacturing
• The product is part of a brand-led takeback scheme for resale, remanufacturing and recyclingÂ
• The product is vintage or pre-owned
BEAUTY + LIFESTYLE
The product promotes reuse according to one of the following criteria
• The product is a refill
• The product is refillable (and the refill is available on site)
