BERNADETTE creates all its prints in-house, including the wisteria pattern that decorates this 'Frannie' dress and a variety of styles throughout the collection. It's made from lightweight chiffon and turns to reveal three sets of ties that frame the open back and customize the fit. The skirt is gathered to create pretty movement through the hem.
