This dress perfectly captures Comme des Garçons GIRL's aesthetic - preppy and feminine but with a twist. It's made from polka-dot organza that's crisp and lightweight and has a Peter pan collar and nipped-in waist. The full skirt is folded to create asymmetric ripples.
