Lauren Manoogian's 'Smocked' pants have been made in Peru from locally sourced Pima cotton blended with a touch of stretch. They're cut in a loose, slim-leg silhouette and fall to flared, ruffled hems. We think they're the perfect pair for summer, thanks to their textural, seersucker-like fabrication.
