Paige Adams-Geller wants you to think about one of her favourite quotes, by the author E. A. Bucchianeri, when you wear her Fall ’23 collection: ‘Make your lives a masterpiece, you only get one canvas’. It’s a fitting motto that chimes with her own attitude and aesthetic; as the co-founder and creative director of lifestyle brand PAIGE, Adams-Geller has form elevating the blank canvas of the closet – jeans – into masterpieces.
Founded in LA in 2004, the cornerstone of PAIGE collections is that icon of California cool: denim. Fans, who cherish style and quality over trends and hype, gravitate towards the brand’s meticulous cuts, luxe washes and thoughtful design details (think extra wide waistbands for a corseted look, or mixed metal hardware), all informed by Adams-Geller’s years of experience as a fit model. Furthermore, as part of PAIGE’s sustainability efforts, eco-positive methods and modern technologies are employed in the manufacture of every piece, to reduce our environmental impact and carbon footprint.
For the Fall ’23 collection, Adams-Geller found herself thinking about ‘all different forms of art —from famous painters and sculptors to my favourite cinema, music, and theatre artists,’ she says. ‘What I love about artists in any form is how they express or apply their human creativity, skill, and imagination to the world. I am especially appreciative of their beauty, vulnerability, and power to move me on such a deep emotional level’.

Creativity, skill and imagination are all shown off in the new collection. Although LA might be the spiritual home of relaxed style, this season PAIGE embraces jeans’ polished potential. FW23’s dressed-up denim offering defies strict dress codes, a win for on-the-go women everywhere. Smart trouser silhouettes and styling, haute hardware details, luxe coatings, pintucks and dark rinses all collide to ensure the new collection’s jeans are a no-brainer for Friday night cocktails and Sunday morning coffee alike. Consider the straight-cut, high-rise jeans in a rich true-blue wash, which are a superlatively sleek choice for a chic dinner date. Alternatively, channel the effortless style of your favourite ’90s supermodel and just add a white shirt and loafers. Elsewhere, glossy black coated jeans are reminiscent of leather. Sumptuously soft, their stretch and recovery mean they’ll still look as good at 9PM as they do at 9AM.
Developing the denim discourse further, PAIGE introduces a slick take on double denim. The single-breasted Carmen blazer comes with slimming seam details and a fitted bodice for a precise, elegant fit. Many of the designs in the collection are made from PAIGE’s famed Vintage denim which takes the work out of breaking in your favourite jeans.
