Like so many of Alessandra Rich's designs, this mini dress nods to '80s styles. It's made from wool-blend crepe with strong shoulders and a plunging neckline, then cinches in at the waist with a buckle-embellished belt. Wear yours with a clutch and point-toe pumps.
