How A-list frequent flyers tackle jet-lag

Racking up the air miles can take its toll on your skin, mood and energy levels. So how do jet-setting models, CEOs and actresses combat it? Ten globetrotting women share their tips for feeling and looking great at 30,000ft and after landing


Create an in-flight regimen and stick to it

“When I fly, I always remove my makeup. I don’t like to wash my face on the plane, so I usually take some Japanese wipes – it’s pretty much the only time I’ll use facial wipes, but they’re really just water and are great for taking everything off. I usually have a sheet mask in my carry-on, but I always feel paranoid that someone’s going to see me with it on! I really should do it when the lights go down.”

“I drink between six to eight liters of water 24 hours before I travel, especially if I’m traveling long haul, and in the 24 hours after I land. It makes such a difference to my skin and my energy levels.”

Prioritize sleep
