Mateo's earrings are named after and inspired by 'Arithmetic Composition', a Constructivism painting by Dutch artist Theo van Doesburg. They're handcrafted from 14-karat gold and each strung with a trio of Swiss Blue topaz in square cuts that graduate in size.
