Chloë Grace Moretz’s Paris

Shooting movies and attending premieres has taken Chloë Grace Moretz all over the world, but she keeps returning to the City of Love. Here, she shares her top Paris picks…

For a chic sleep…

“I love the Prince de Galles, where I normally stay, but I just recently stayed at the Plaza Athénée in their new area and it’s beautiful. Next time I’m staying at the Peninsula. I can’t wait.”

The legendary Hôtel Plaza Athénée is also home to the Dior Institut spa

For a stylish bite…

“My favorite brasserie is Chez André. It’s the first place I go when I get off the plane. I order steak tartare and fries, obviously. There’s nothing else you’ll see me eating! I also love Chez Diep. It’s the best Chinese in the world. The Vietnamese egg rolls there are delicious and they have great mojitos. Wherever I am in the world, I love to try the Chinese food. So, my favorite thing in Paris is… the Chinese food!”

The Ritz’s Hemingway Bar is named after one of its most famous patrons

For a nightcap…

“I like the bar at the Prince de Galles because everything is very 1920s and they have these old-school-style cocktails. I also love the Ritz’s [Bar Hemingway] in the back because it’s tiny, only about four tables, and they serve very delicious cocktails.”

For incredible views…

“I always stop by the Arc de Triomphe. It’s a mainstay for me, I just love it. I also love to wander down the Champs-Élysées. My brother and I like to run from Prince de Galles all the way over to the Eiffel Tower and then over to the Seine and back. It’s so cinematic.”

Running along the Seine is one of Moretz’s favorite ways to see the city
