First spotted on House of Holland's Fall '19 runway, this dress has a twisted waist detail inspired by Japanese Obi knots - a core theme throughout the collection. It's made from tactile midnight-blue and black stretch devoré-velvet that's lined for coverage and has a slim silhouette with a plunging V-neckline. The asymmetric hemline will flow prettily as you walk.
