Inspired by the Art Deco era, the scalloped bodice of Oscar De La Renta's gown is decorated with twinkling crystals that are arranged to look like fans. Cut from silk-faille, it has a layered waist that ties into an exaggerated bow and a column-shaped skirt that cascades down to a floor-sweeping train.
