The buckles topping Manolo Blahnik's 'Maysale' pumps were developed in 1991 for Isaac Mizrahi's runway collection - they're now so iconic that an original pair with the signature detailing features in The Metropolitan Museum of Art. They have been made in Italy from suede and have slim, flared 50mm heels.
