IN THE MORNING

I always start my day with a face mask…

…I brush my teeth and make my coffee while wearing the Deep Hydrating Face Mask from my own range – it is incredibly soothing and calming. Sometimes I sleep in the mask on a plane or at night – I even run errands while wearing it!

Every day I drink…

…fresh purslane (a herb high in omega-3 and vitamins C and E) from the market – I blend it to make a healthy homemade smoothie of purslane, apple juice and ice.

I body brush twice a week…

…before taking a shower. I scrub my face in the shower and then when I get out I use a body cream all over. On my face, I use a hyaluronic serum and moisturizer, and before I leave the house I throw on my Dr Barbara Sturm Glow Drops, and that’s it.

I take antioxidants daily…

IN THE EVENING

I like to eat salads and curries…

…and eat very limited amounts of meat, choosing raw crudités or roasted vegetables like cauliflower, peppers, carrots and sweet potato instead.

I always add a liter of milk to my evening bath…

…it gives you the most beautiful skin from the fat and protein, which instantly hydrates and softens. The lactic acid in milk also helps to clean and exfoliate the skin.

On my bedside table…

…I have a lip balm, eye cream and a journal, because I have so much on my mind and an ever-growing to-do list, and it helps me note everything down.

If I’m wired but tired…

…I snuggle with my daughter Pepper and use a cocktail of adaptogens such as St John’s wort to help slow down my mind, switch off and get to sleep.

The best piece of advice I’ve been given…

…is there are no problems, only solutions.
