The first thing I do when I wake up is kiss my kids good morning

Then, I make lemon water and sip it while getting breakfast ready. Once the house settles, I spend a few quiet minutes with my gratitude journal before checking emails and texts to see if anything urgent came in overnight from the Paris office.

I’ve been using the same skincare products for years

Every morning, I wash my face with Ole Henriksen Truth Juice Daily Cleanser, then apply Paula’s Choice Skin Perfecting 2% BHA Liquid Exfoliant to tone and prep my skin. I like a dewy base before makeup, so I use Augustinus Bader’s The Serum for its rich texture and glow-boosting effect. I also rotate between Clé de Peau Beauté’s Eye Contour Cream Supreme and Ole Henriksen’s Banana Bright+ Eye Crème, and finish with Supergoop!’s Glowscreen SPF 30. Lately, I’ve also been obsessed with Weleda Skin Food [a rich moisturizer], which I use every day to make my skin look super glowy and dewy.

My makeup routine is very minimal and takes five minutes

After moisturizing, I use Clé de Peau Beauté’s Concealer Stick. It’s the best on the market, and I’ve been using it for over twenty years. I don’t wear foundation, so I only apply concealer where it’s needed. I use a cream blush on my cheeks and blend it in with my fingers to keep my skin dewy and glowy. For my eyes, I love a Chanel eye pencil. I usually apply it on the waterline and sometimes around the eyes for a soft, smoky look and I finish with mascara. It’s super simple, but it makes me feel put together.

I love a quick shower in the morning to start the day feeling fresh

Sometimes I take a cold shower to really get the blood flowing. At night, I enjoy a warm bath to unwind. I don’t always have time, but when I do, it feels amazing. I like adding a calming lavender oil to the water and always follow with a body oil for hydration.

I’m all about consistency now that I’m in my 40s…

I’ve tried so many products over the years, and at this point, I know what works for my skin and what doesn’t. Less really is more when it comes to beauty. I get ready in about five minutes, so my routine has to be simple and effective. I also make sure to take collagen every day. I’ve been taking Oslo Skin Lab’s The Solution every morning for the past six or seven years, and it’s something I truly swear by.

Evenings are all about repair

I double cleanse if I’ve worn makeup, then apply a serum and a rich moisturizer. If my skin feels dry, I finish with a facial oil. Nighttime consistency is really important to me. When it comes to beauty devices, I prefer simple tools like gua sha and facial massage. They make a visible difference and feel very grounding – almost meditative.

My go-to scent depends on my mood

But I’m always drawn to warm, woody notes. Creating my Rose Wood and Pure Noir fragrances was very personal for me. Rose Wood feels softer and more intimate, while Pure Noir is darker and more sensual. When I want to feel empowered or I’m heading into an important business meeting, I wear Pure Noir. It makes me feel confident and really in my power. Rose Wood is my beautiful everyday scent. It’s feminine with a touch of mystery.

I leave as long as I can between hair wash days…

…to keep my hair healthy. My overall hair routine is simple. I use minimal heat, a good shampoo and conditioner, and get regular trims. And I love a good hair mask. My current favorite is Moroccanoil’s Restorative Hair Mask.

My go-to party look…

…is loosely curled hair, glowing skin, smoky eyes, a baby-pink lip, and confidence.

My grandmother gave me the best beauty advice

She was so beautiful and had that effortless Brazilian glow. Her routines were simple: she used Nivea cream on her face, wore a bit of blush and a coral lip. She was always so chic. Growing up in Brazil, her advice was to not be afraid of the sun and that a little vitamin D gives you a healthy glow from within.

I love Pilates and walking for exercise

I focus on consistency and movement that feels good rather than punishing workouts.

I don’t believe in obsessing over food or diets

I eat intuitively and listen to my body. If I want a burger, I have a burger. If I want a green smoothie or a salad, I eat that. Life is all about balance. I definitely have a big sweet tooth, so candy is a daily thing for me. I know sugar is not good, but it makes me happy.

My move back to LA [from Paris] has been a big reset for me

Renovating a house while starting a new chapter forced me to slow down in ways I didn’t expect. When I need grounding, I come back to the basics: long walks in nature, playing records at home and spending time with my kids. Music plays a big role too. I lean into my old rock playlists: Fleetwood Mac, Joni Mitchell or something very quiet and ambient in the evenings. I also try to carve out a few quiet minutes in the morning to sit with my coffee, and I begin each day by writing down 10 things I’m grateful for, which helps me stay grounded and move through harder moments with more ease.
