ROTATE Birger Christensen's 'Billiana' mini dress is drenched in clear sequins that create a glossy, almost liquid look. It's made from recycled-tulle and fully lined to temper the sheer finish. The billowy sleeves are fitted with elastic at the cuffs, so you'll feel free to move on the dancefloor.
