NET‑A‑PORTER Rewards is our loyalty program, where every item you purchase takes you a step closer to unlocking exclusive new rewards. Provided you meet the basic threshold for the programme, we will place you in one of our Rewards tiers (Gold, EIP, or Platinum EIP) based on your annual spend dependent on the currency in use in your location. You can find the threshold values for each tier in our T&Cs.  

Your tier will be based on your spend during a calendar year. You'll be automatically enrolled into the Rewards programme when your spend reaches £5,000.00, €6,000.00 EUR, $6,000.00 USD, $10,000.00 AUD, $50,000.00 HKD, 33,000.00 AED, 2,000.00 KWD, 23,000.00 QAR or 23,000.00 SAR dependent on the currency in use in your location (excluding any delivery costs, taxes or duties, returned or cancelled orders, or orders still within their returns window). You can upgrade at any time during the calendar year.

Rewards are an exclusive set of incentives for NET‑A‑PORTER Rewards members. Each tier has an assigned set of rewards. The higher your tier, the more rewards you receive. 

Your rewards will be available as soon as you are added to the relevant tier. Your available rewards are displayed on your Rewards Hub, which you can find in your Account.

Free shipping is available globally to EIPs. You can use this reward at any point during your rewards year. Gold tier members will receive four free express shipping codes, which can be used at any time. Visit the Rewards Hub to see your code.

Once you meet the next tier’s spend threshold and the returns window for your eligible purchases has expired, you’ll be upgraded to the next tier. This may take place at any point during the year.

You can see your progress on your Rewards Hub, which you can find in your Account. We will also send you a service communication via email or another channel each time you have reached the next Rewards tier.

You’ll stay in your tier until the end of the same calendar year and for the whole following calendar year, unless you’re upgraded to a new tier based on your spend.

In January of each year, we will assess your tier based on your total spend during the previous calendar year. If your spend value in the previous calendar year meets the threshold of the tier you are already in, you will remain in the same tier for the new calendar year (unless you are further moved up a tier). If your spend value in the previous calendar year no longer meets the threshold of the tier you are in, you will move down to the tier that reflects your spending. In any case, you will not be moved down before you have enjoyed the benefits of your tier for at least a full calendar year.

For instance, if you reached the Gold tier at some point during a given year, in January of the following year, you will be confirmed in the Gold tier for the whole new year, unless you move up a tier during that year. In the following January, if you still meet the threshold for Gold based on your spend in the previous calendar year, you will stay in the Gold tier throughout the new year (unless you further move up). If you were promoted to EIP in the previous calendar year, you will continue to stay in the EIP tier throughout the new year (unless you further move up). If your spend value in the previous calendar year is lower than the Gold tier threshold, you will no longer be part of a Rewards tier.

Please note that the returns window for purchases made under our Winter Holiday Return Policy is longer than our usual 28-day return period. In that case, your spend will be added to your previous calendar year spend as soon as the longer returns period has passed. If applicable, you will then be moved to the correct tier based on this spend.

There are three tiers: Gold, EIP, and Platinum EIP.

Rewards are available to customers based in a location to which NET‑A‑PORTER currently delivers. Excluded countries are, among others, Russia, China, Belarus and Ukraine.

We use your shopping location to set your currency. Please see our Rewards T&Cs for the list of currencies used to calculate each tier’s spend value by country.
