Topping our wishlist this week is Tibi’s tailored blazer with sculptural shoulder pads, as spotted on the brand’s SS20 runway in New York. This piece shines a light on how the label deftly conjures pieces that put a directional twist on closet essentials. On the catwalk, it was styled with matching slouchy mid-length shorts. Follow suit with this contemporary co-ord, or pair the blazer with Max Mara’s straight-leg pants in pale green to mix up your working wardrobe. We’ll be adding Lescarf’s ultra-versatile silk twill scarf as a neckerchief to put a ’70s bourgeoise spin on things.

As for accessories, besotted is an understatement when it comes to describing our love for Loewe’s sculptural balloon bucket bag from the SS20 collection. The traditional tan version is perfect for the office; it also comes in cream with a tan trim, which will look phenomenally chic when paired with an all-black ensemble. Open-toed slingback heels hold the key to a sophisticated finishing touch, making Gucci’s black leather kitten heels with a gold and silver double-G logo a worthy investment. After hours, Aquazzura’s metallic gold snake-effect slingbacks add a touch of going-out-out glamour to evening attire.
