Manolo Blahnik still takes a hands-on approach to each new collection - when not sketching, he's visiting factories (dressed in a lab coat with a pocketed silk handkerchief) to develop samples. These 'Callasli' sandals have been expertly crafted in Italy from supple leather with slender straps that cross neatly at the toes. The slingback bands are elasticated at the center to keep them in place and the 90mm heels are gently fluted.
