A)    Terms and conditions of the Offer.

• Hong Kong Loyalty Members can enjoy 15% off discount on Jeeves (HK) Ltd’s (“Jeeves”) services, with no minimum purchase.
• The Offer is not nominative and can be used by any Loyalty Members as defined above by showing the NET‑A‑PORTER App’s badge with their tier level (Silver/Gold/Platinum/EIP tier) to Jeeves when purchasing one or more services.
• The Offer can only be used for the purchase of any of Jeeves (HK) Ltd’s (“Jeeves”) services. The Offer cannot be converted into cash.
• The Offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer/promotion.
• This offer is valid from from 00:00 HKT on 10 April 2024, up to and including 23:59 HKT on 31 January 2025 (“Promotion Period”).

B)    Terms and conditions applicable to COMPANY’s services.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY

• The Client is solely responsible for any pre-existing faults, damages, holes, set stains, loose beads and trimmings on his/her article. Jeeves will not be responsible for any of these pre-existing faults.
• Jeeves not be held liable for shrinkage, fastness of colour, or any damage resulting from a cleaning process. In the case of loss or damage as a result of an accident (including but not limited to accidental loss or damage of an article during delivery or storage), Jeeves  will only be liable for up to five times the cost of cleaning of the article as set out on Jeeves’ invoices.
• Jeeves reserves the right to decline cleaning any particular article if it reasonably believes that the said article is liable to be damaged from normal cleaning processes. 

STORAGE POLICY

• Jeeves offers complimentary storage of any prepaid items for up to one month. If items are overdue on the ready date, a storage fee will be charged according to our existing rates.  If
• your items are not collected after six months, your items will be donated to charities that we partner with.
• Jeeves’ liability in relation to any accidental loss or damage to an article shall be limited to five times the cost of cleaning of that article as set out on Jeeves’ invoices.

LEATHER/ SUEDE ITEMS

• In the event, a leather/suede/ item cannot be cleaned a 10% consultancy fee will be charged upon collecting the article.

CLIENT SATISFACTION PERIOD

• Client satisfaction period is 30 days from the “ready by” date of the invoice. The original Jeeves invoice and packaging must be included for any consideration.

A) Terms and conditions of the Offer 

• The Offer is not nominative and can be used by any Loyalty Members as indicated above by emailing Be Earth attaching a screenshot showing their status as a NET‑A‑PORTER Loyalty Member with their tier level (Silver/Gold/Platinum/EIP tier) in order to benefit from the Offer provided by Be Earth. 
• The Offer can only be used for accessing the services provided by Be Earth. The Offer cannot be converted into cash. 
• The Offer cannot be used in combination with any other offer/promotion. 
• Any use of or access to Be Earth’s services will be subject to Be Earth’s terms and conditions available at the following link: https://www.beearth.com.hk/ or as specified below. 

B) Be Earth’s Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer.

Silver & Gold Members

• The Offer is available only to new Be Earth Students.
• The Offer recipients must be at least 18 years of age to be entitled to the Offer.
• Silver and Gold Members shall receive one (1) complimentary yoga class at Be Earth Yoga Studio.
• Class cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the class start time.
• Students who book into a class but fail to attend or late cancel will forfeit their class.
• Silver and Gold Members shall also receive a HKD 200 yoga membership voucher valid towards any of Be Earth's membership plans.
• The complimentary class and membership voucher have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Offer valid for Net-A-Porter Silver & Gold members only. Proof of membership status required.
• Offer expires on 15 November 2025.
• In case of dispute regarding the terms of the Offer, Be Earth reserves the right of final decision.

Platinum Members & EIPs

• Available only to new Be Earth Students.
• The Offer recipients must be at least 18 years of age to be entitled to the Offer.
• Platinum Members and EIPs shall receive a complimentary 2-class starter pack, valid for 7 days from date of activation.
• Platinum Members and EIPs shall also receive a HKD 300 yoga membership voucher valid towards any of Be Earth's monthly or annual membership plans.
• In addition, Platinum Members & EIPs can enjoy a trial offer for a private 1-on-1 yoga session with one of Be Earth's certified instructors, worth HKD 600.
• Group class cancellations can be made up to 4 hours before the class start time.
• Private class cancellations can be made up to 24 hours before the class start time.
• Students who book into a class but fail to attend or late cancel will forfeit their class.
• The 2-class starter pack, membership voucher, and private session trial have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Offer valid for Net-A-Porter Platinum Members & EIPs only. Proof of membership status required.
