The skin-reviving ice device: Charlotte Tilbury Cryo-Recovery Face Mask

This genius mask from Charlotte Tilbury is used chilled, straight from the freezer. However, unlike a sheet mask, it’s secured by Velcro straps, leaving you free to move around. It’s brilliant after a long flight, the day after an event or party, or any time your skin is looking tired, dull or puffy. I often use mine over a hydrating sheet mask to give weary skin some extra glow, or over eye patches for a near-instant eye-brightening effect. Newby Hands, global beauty director

The seasonal skincare savior: Mimi Luzon Legendary Glow Rosie Cream

When a cream contains the word ‘glow’ in its name, it piques my interest; when it delivers on that promise, I’m invested. As an aesthetician to the red-carpet elite, Mimi Luzon is well versed in coaxing out skin’s radiance, and her new Legendary Glow Rosie Cream really does seem to improve the overall appearance of my skin. It’s thick but not heavy, cosseting but not oily, and even the bubblegum-pink color is pleasing. All this makes my seasonal-skincare swap over to something more nurturing far easier. The primer you never knew you needed: RMS Beauty ‘Re’ Evolve Radiance Locking Primer

I never really understood the point of primer until I started using RMS Beauty’s ‘Re’ Evolve Radiance Locking Primer. The bouncy, gel texture is both surprising and pleasing in equal measure. And don’t let the pearlescent finish frighten you: I found that it’s subtle, doesn’t create too much sheen and makes for the perfect pick-me-up for tired-looking skin, injecting just the right dose of radiance. What’s more, the white tube is refillable, too – a true beauty win-win. Clare Sanford, beauty buyer

The high-science, ultra-natural brightening serum: Emma Lewisham Skin Reset Serum

Emma Lewisham is setting new standards in natural and sustainable skincare, and this serum thoroughly deserves its cult status. A pleasure to use (great texture, light scent), it sinks in fast and works remarkable quickly, even on notoriously tricky-to-treat hyperpigmentation. Use it daily and you can expect to see a brighter-looking complexion and a more even skin tone within a month. NH

The golden-glow giver: Lilah B. Aglow Golden Priming Oil

Already a committed fan of Lilah B.’s brilliant Aglow Priming Oil (which gives skin a beautiful, shimmer-free glow), I think this gold-hue update is even better. Boasting a blend of natural oils and antioxidants, plus a light, soothing scent of lavender, it produces the most gorgeous honey-golden glow. I mix mine with face cream to warm up wintry skin, just as a highlighter, or blend over bare limbs and shoulders for the prettiest evening sheen. NH

The pigmentation nixer: Sisley Sisleÿa Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum

Sometimes, we need targeted skincare that really delivers on its claims – and, for me, Sisley’s Sisleÿa Radiance Anti-Dark Spot Serum does just that. At the end of summer, I need products that can right the wrongs of a sun-drenched season – and this intelligent serum has been created to do exactly what I need: soften dark spots and pigmentation, fast. The texture is substantial, but not greasy, and leaves my skin feeling smooth and supple. Unsurprisingly, it’s become one of my skincare staples for fall. Rosie Jameson, beauty buyer

The easy eye update: Westman Atelier Eye Pods in Rendezvous

My makeup has been dramatically pared down over the past 18 months, particularly during each lockdown. So, one of the best things about the return to normal life has been rediscovering all my favorite makeup buys again. Westman Atelier’s Eye Pods, in particular, have made my return to socializing easy, with each stack containing three shades that blend perfectly. Often, I’ll just wear the highlight shade to brighten my eyes and look awake. Then, I can layer on the darker colors for a more dramatic look. The added bonus? The stack looks amazing in my makeup bag and fits in any tiny handbag for touch-ups throughout the evening. CS

The head-turning scent: Escentric Molecules Molecule 01 + Patchouli Eau de Toilette

As the season changes, so should your perfume. While summer is all about bright, zesty scents, fall is a perfect time to experiment with a fragrance that is far more exotic, rich and seductive. My go-to this season is Escentric Molecules’ Molecule 01 + Patchouli; a fragrance so rich, spicy and irresistible that it’s hard to forget – which is exactly the point. Patchouli combined with Escentric Molecules’ signature E Super molecule is undeniably hypnotic; and, although it’s not a classic perfume, it’s one I’ll be reaching for time and time again until spring.
