First thing every morning…

…I make a pot of Cosmoss Dawn Tea and meditate. I find taking these few moments to myself every morning really helps me prepare for my day.

Meditation is really powerful for me

I’ve had my struggles, as we all have, but anything that can support you [is good]. I’ve practiced and practiced and tried all different types [of meditation] for five years, and now I do a guided meditation. It’s about being able to stop and be in myself. I was doing 20 minutes every day, but now I do 10 minutes and that’s fine.

I love to soak in the bath when I have time…

…and the Santa Maria Novella bath oil is my absolute favorite. For my skin, I wash my face with the Cosmoss cleanser – I’ve always preferred to use a facewash with water, and this one is gentle but effective. Then I use the Cosmoss cream to moisturize, and finish with a spritz of Cosmoss Sacred Mist, which instantly lifts my mood.

On a ‘bad’ face day…

…my old go-to trick is to plunge my face into a bowl of iced water and cucumber slices – it instantly tightens and gets rid of any puffiness. I then use Cosmoss Golden Nectar facial oil drops with my gua sha. Together, they give your skin that extra glow and are great at detoxifying and lymphatic drainage.

Whenever I fly…

…I stay hydrated on the flight and try to eat only light foods. I find adapting to the new time zone as soon as I arrive is helpful, so I try to stay up until my usual bedtime.

I’ve recently undergone red-light LED therapy…

…and use the Talika Time Control + device. It’s great as it’s small and easy to travel with, and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I have rose quartz and jade gua sha tools that I use, too.

I don’t follow any particular diet…

…but I don’t eat very much meat these days, and I always like to start my day with a green juice. I do [nutritionist] Rose Ferguson’s 5 Day Plan when she does them – you don’t fast but you do have liquid-only days, and I always feel lighter in my body and clearer in my mind after doing it.

I have been practicing yoga for many years…

…but I’ve recently started doing Pilates to improve my general strength. I’ve invested in a Cadillac [Pilates] reformer, which I am learning to use with my instructor, Hortense Suleyman.

Charlotte Tilbury taught me about manifesting…

…and to believe in myself. If you believe enough, the universe will deliver.

I always get a good night’s sleep ahead of a shoot

Nicola Clarke does my [hair] color, so I will have that done if needed, but I don’t very often, as I always have great hair, makeup and nail teams on set who get me ready for the shoot.

I have been seeing a homeopath for four years

She’s called Victoria Young and has been a huge influence on my wellness journey and helped me to find balance in my life. She has collaborated with me on my brand, Cosmoss, and helped create the fragrance for the Sacred Mist and the herbal blends for the teas.

My best beauty tip…

…would have to be eyelash curlers. Kevyn Aucoin first introduced me to them – it was backstage at a show, and they just really help to open your eyes. Now I tell all my girlfriends to use them.

If I can’t sleep…

…I have a cup of Cosmoss Dusk Tea. We included ingredients like lavender and passion flower, which relieve anxiety and tension, so this is my perfect way to wind down.
