Lucy Delius' pendant is inspired by traditional Victorian pocket watches. It's crafted from rhodium-plated 14-karat recycled gold and encrusted with 1.77-carats of sparkling blue sapphires in varying sizes. There's space on the back to engrave the initials of a loved one.
