Moncler Grenoble's 'Allesaz' jacket is made from beige shell that's durable and water-repellent. It's cut in a loose shape and filled with insulating down for warmth. Plenty of pockets secure small items, and stretchy cuffs with thumbholes keep the sleeves in place while locking in heat.
