The pilgrim-inspired buckles topping Manolo Blahnik's 'Maysale' shoes were developed in 1991 for Isaac Mizrahi's runway collection - they're now so iconic that an original pair of mules with the signature detailing features in The Metropolitan Museum of Art's prestigious costume collection. These pumps have been made in Italy from soft suede and have slim, flared 50mm heels. The toe is elegantly pointed.
