Sea's 'Celia' dress is decorated with intricately embroidered flowers and airy broderie anglaise that show peeks of skin underneath. It's made from breathable cotton and linen-blend and has a trio of ties through the bodice. If you're a fan but prefer sets, we carry the coordinating top and skirt in our edit.
