3 Ways To Wear Animal Print
Balancing statement and neutral, animal prints deliver longevity, versatility and a kind of tactile appeal that’s difficult to resist. Here, COLLEEN ROSS rounds up three ways to wear the perennial motif for fall/winter ’25
Leopard
The beauty of leopard print is that it really does go with everything. By day, it’s the easiest way to dress up denim, adding an air of thrown-together nonchalance that feels very French, and therefore incredibly chic. The graphic striped design will instantly take an outfit from simple to statement-making, so it’s perfect for occasions when you want to make an entrance. Snake print dominated the fall/winter ’25 runways, with everyone from Gabriela Hearst to Khaite using it in their collections. For more of a rock’n’roll take, look no further than Frame’s ‘The Borrowed Blazer’, which is crafted from laser-cut leather and looks undeniably cool thrown over a logo tee and jeans. If you consider yourself a minimalist but aren’t sure how to incorporate such a statement print into your look, then opt for an accessory over ready-to-wear.
